ABOUT THE LEVEL
Strike City is the bowling-themed city in Bowling Ford’s mind in Psychonauts 2, where Raz rolls across the streets on giant bowling balls. It holds memories from Ford’s first date with Lucrecia at a bowling alley. The city sits inside a bowling shoe that Ford is disinfecting, so its citizens are anthropomorphic germs living in a foggy, 1930s-style city that is about to be destroyed. Some of them know it, and others dismiss the idea.
MY PROCESS
I made all the germ citizens of Strike City. I worked very closely with VFX artist Tazio. To create the germ-like body, we went back and forth many times on how the body should look. He did an amazing job on the final look in the game.
